Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses storageunitplanner.com or Storage Unit Planner.

1. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  1. Share your account, sign in links or session with anyone, or use the Service on behalf of others.
  2. Bypass, disable or interfere with the paywall, session checks, device limits, watermarking, obfuscation or any other access control or technical protection measure.
  3. Copy, extract, save, host, mirror or redistribute the planner’s application code or run it outside the official website.
  4. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or deobfuscate the Service, except where applicable law expressly allows it despite this restriction.
  5. Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, scripts or other automated means to access the Service or collect content from it, other than public search engine indexing that follows our robots.txt file.
  6. Overload, flood or attack the Service, including denial of service attacks and excessive requests for sign in emails.
  7. Send spam, or use the sign in form to send email to people who did not request it.
  8. Probe, scan or test the security of the Service without permission, except as allowed under section 2.
  9. Upload or transmit malware or any code designed to harm or gain unauthorized access.
  10. Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
  11. Use the Service to violate any law or anyone’s rights.

2. Good faith security research

We welcome responsible security research. If you believe you have found a vulnerability, report it to support@storageunitplanner.com as described in our security.txt file at /.well-known/security.txt. Do not access, change or delete data that is not yours, do not degrade the Service, and give us reasonable time to fix the issue before disclosing it. Research conducted in good faith under these rules will not be treated as a violation of this policy.

3. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, without refund, for any violation. We may also report violations to law enforcement and seek any legal remedy available, including injunctive relief.
